Mitch de MestreBa.App.Sc (Physiotherapy)Mitch takes an enthusiastic approach to work and life in general. He enjoys all facets of Physiotherapy stating that “correct diagnosis is the key to successful treatment”. Mitch is particularly interested in injuries of the “bigger joints” – knees, ankles and shoulders. He has worked extensively with AFL and rugby teams in the past developing excellent skills in acute care and management of sporting injuries. Mitch is currently looking around for anyone with cycling injuries. He says cycling injuries are often more complex than most people think requiring specific cycling knowledge to fully understand and overcome. By utilising a combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription Mitch guides his clients back to full fitness, work or better health. The QuizMost inspirational historical or public person |
